Pie – Just the word can bring up fond memories of eating a slice of your favorite from when you were a kid, or just a few days ago. At The Village Bakery, we take pie making like all of our other products, very seriously. Our Apple pies are made only with fresh Granny Smith apples – never canned or frozen. Our pie crusts are made right here using real butter and unbleached whole wheat pastry flour, and just a touch of sugar. No lard or chemicals added, EVER.
Our meringue pies are made from scratch, no canned or bucket fillings. Fresh lemons, real chocolate, or coconut, all the TIME!

9" Texas Southern Pecan Pie
Our 9″ Texas Pecan Pie. We call it a Texas Pecan pie because we make it a little bigger, a little deeper and a whole lot better. Our classic always flaky pie crust with just the right amount of filling and double the pecans. Not pecan pieces but whole pecan halves – over half a pound of pecans in every pie.

9" Texas Chocolate Fudge Pecan Pie
The same as our 9″ Texas Pecan pie, but we’ve added just the right amount of our own house made fudge to the pie and a little more of dark cocoa. As always, our classic always flaky pie crust with the perfect amount of filling and double the pecans. This pie is always a hit!

9" Classic Pumpkin Pie
Our 9″ Pumpkin Pie – Pure creamy pumpkin pie with our classic pie dough crust. Never soggy, and no artificial ingredients. Baked to a HEAVENLY perfection.

9" Deep Dish Peach Pie
Our deep dish peach pie is more than just “peachy”, it is full of plump, juicy, firm peaches in just the right amount of buttery filling, then covered in our buttery, flaky lattice style pie crust. More than just “yum”!!!

9" Deep Dish Cherry Pie
Our deep dish cherry pie is made with over two pounds of fruit and two different cherries – sweet red cherries and tart dark cherries for a balance of the best of both. Topped with our flaky buttery pie crust in a beautifully woven lattice crust.

9" Deep Dish Blueberry Pie
Our deep dish blueberry pie is made with over two pounds of fresh blueberries – and there’s more fruit, less sugary filling for a truly tart blueberry pie. Topped with our flaky buttery pie crust in a beautifully woven lattice crust. This pie goes perfectly with Vanilla ice cream too.

9" Deep Dish "Texas Flag" Pie
Deep in the heart of our Texas Flag pie! A trio of flavors, it has blueberry, cherry and apple. We have a patch of pie crust over the apple and a cutout star over the blueberry. This pie will amaze everyone at the dinner table.

9" Deep Dish Apple Pie with Lattice Crust
Our 9″ deep dish buttery apple pie – A twist on the classic apple pie. We only use fresh Granny Smith apples (two and a half pounds of fresh Granny Smith apples to be exact), with a filling made with fresh dairy butter and cream, and only a hint of cinnamon. This is one pie that is absolutely guaranteed to please everyone at the table.

9" Banana Creme Pie
Just the sound of any creme pie is enough to cool you off on a hot Houston summer day. We start with our own butter pie crust (no shortening or lard) and fill it with house made Vanilla pastry cream layered with fresh banana slices, and topped with fresh whipped cream.

9" Lemon Creme Pie
Lemon means refreshing – perfect for a hot Houston summer day. We start with our own butter pie crust (no shortening or lard) and fill it with our own tart Lemon custard cream. Topped with mounds of fresh whipped cream and dusted with lemon zest. Delightful indeed.

9" Coconut Creme Pie
Coconut means fresh – Drawing back on it’s origins, coconut has always been the thing to cool oneself down on a scalding summer day. That taste of the tropics is something we preserve here at The Village Bakery, and hope to share with you. We start with our own butter pie crust (no shortening or lard) and fill it with our own tart Coconut custard cream mixed with our toasted coconut, and a light fluffy whipped cream topped with it.
